摘要
110 kV多回同塔架设线路难以开展带电作业。针对110 kV双回路直线塔中相、下相绝缘子因安全间距不满足作业条件而难于实施带电更换的难题,研制了滑轮卡具、绝缘子吊点卡具等一系列新工器具,开发并实施了采用绳索滑轮组间接操作的带电更换。介绍了新工器具的设计、技术性能及应用情况。工程实践证明其使用效果好、有推广价值。
It is difficult to do live work for 110 kV multi-circuit transmission lines on the same tower. The difficulty of live replacement of middle phase insulator from 110 kV double circuit intermediate towers is insufficient safety space for live work between middle phase and bottom phase. So a series of new workpiece and instrument are developed and manufactured, such as pulley clamping tool, insulator hanging point clamping tool etc. Rope pulley block method is also developed and implemented for indirect operation of live replacement. The paper introduces the design, technical characteristics and application of new workpiece and instrument which is proven to be effective in practice and is worthy to be spread.
