摘要
分层教学能弥补传统教学模式的一些不足,改变高职院校教学的滞后现象。在分层教学中,学生要分层:按照学生的测试分数、智能及思维灵活程度等因素动态地把学生分为A、B、C三个层次,不同层次提出不同的教学目标。教学要分层:备课、课堂教学、作业、辅导等教学环节,都应根据学生的情况,因人制宜地提出不同的要求。评价要分层:对不同层次的学生采用不同的标准,注意过程的发展性评价,使教学的针对性增强。
Teaching at different levels can make up several shortages of traditional teaching mode, and change the lag situation of higher vocational teaching. In the teaching at different levels, students should be divided into different levels. According to their test mark, intelligence and mind flexible degree, students can be divided into A, B, C three different levels dynamically. Different teaching goals are given to different levels. Teaching also needs different levels. The teaching rink should be given different demands according to students' condition, such as teaching preparation, class teaching, homework, guidance and so on. Evaluation needs different levels. Different students are given different standard. The developing evaluation in the process should be paid attention to so that the aim of teaching can be strengthened.
