皮肤溃疡是临床常见病,明显影响患者身心健康和生活质量,严重时导致劳动能力丧失,或诱发恶性肿瘤而危及生命。然而,皮肤溃疡病因复杂、病程长、治疗反应差,常成为临床诊治中的棘手难题。真菌感染在皮肤溃疡中占一定比例,由于其不常见,而易被忽视。本文主要介绍皮肤溃疡的分类、致皮肤溃疡常见真菌及其相关诊治。

Dermal ulcer is a clinical common disease and it severely affects physical and mental health of patients. It may induce disability or malignancy and a threat to life as well. Dermal ulcer is always a clinical dilemma of diagnosis and treatment because of its complicated etiology, long courses of disease and weak reaction to treatment. Fungous infection occupy a portion of patients with dermal ulcer and easy to be neglected due to its low incidence rate. Classifications, types of fungus inducing dermal ulcer, and correlated issues were reviewed in this paper.
