足底内侧动脉皮瓣修复足跟部恶性黑素瘤切除后创面

Heel defects coverage by medial plantar artery flap after malignant melanoma excision

目的探讨足底内侧动脉皮瓣修复足跟部恶性黑素瘤切除后创面的手术适应证、手术方法及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析3例接受该项手术患者的临床资料、手术过程及预后情况。结果3例患者术后超过15个月随访,足跟处皮瓣色泽及感觉正常,有弹性,未检及明显皮损复发迹象,足底内侧供瓣区皮片完全存活。结论足底内侧动脉皮瓣适用于修复足跟部位较大面积的皮肤恶性肿瘤,如恶性黑素瘤、鳞状细胞癌和基底细胞癌等切除后的创面。

Objective To investigate the indications, method and effect of wound surface reparation by medial plantar artery flap after malignant melanoma excision on the heel. Methods Clinical data on the 3 cases, together with operation process and prognosis, were retrospectively analyzed. Results The flaps covered on heels had normal appearance and perception and were elastic with no sign of recurrence within 15 months follow-up. The free skin grafts covered on the site were viable meanwhile. Conclusion The medial plantar artery flap can be used to repair the wound surface on the heel that caused by excision of cutaneous malignant tumor which occupy large area, such as malignant melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma.
