人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)可致人类皮肤和黏膜异常增生,引起多种良、恶性病变,迄今至少有120种类型的HPV已被鉴定出,不同型别的HPV其致癌性大小有差异。生殖道HPV感染是最常见的性传播感染之一,已制定针对肛门生殖器疣的治疗指南,HPV疫苗能有效地预防肛门生殖器疣和宫颈癌等病变。

Human papillomavirus （HPV） can cause abnormal proliferation of human skin and mueosa. Up to now there are at least 120 HPV genotypes being identified. Genital HPV infections are among the most common sexual transmitted infections in the world. HPV can lead to a series of benign and malignant lesions, being associating with anogenital warts, cervical cancer and other anogenital tumors. Different HPV genotypes have diverse careinogenicity. There are various guidelines for anogenital HPV infections by our country and other organizations. Clinical studies have shown that HPV vaccines could effectively prevent anogenital warts and cervical cancer.
