摘要
教学行动研究是近年来在自我反思的教学模式下发展起来的一种教学研究方法。它是教师自我完善的捷径。本文从教学行动研究的原理、过程、方法及个案研究等几个方面,探讨了这种研究方法在教师教学能力提高和自我完善过程中的实践意义。
Action research is a teaching research method came from the development of the self-reflection teaching system in recent years. It' s a shortcut of the teachers' self-perfection. From several aspects of this research method, such as the principles, the procedures, the means, the particular cases' research, and so on, we explored its practical significance in the course of the teaching ability' s improvement and the self-perfection of the teachers.
