摘要
目的:进一步研究鸡的内耳毛细胞及其神经支配的形态学特征。方法:应用透射电镜(TransmissionElectronMicroscope,TEM)分别观察5只小鸡基底乳头的4个部位(距基底乳头远端起始部0.6mm,1.6mm,2.6mm,3.6mm)毛细胞突触的形态学特征。结果:高毛细胞(THC)、矮毛细胞(SHC)与传入性和传出性神经末梢形成突触.THC下方与大的传入性神经末梢和小的传出性神经末梢形成突触;SHC与大的传出性神经末梢和小的传入性神经末梢构成突触。结论:传入突触的特征为具有突触前小体,突触膜增厚。传出性突触在神经末梢内含有大量囊泡并有突触下地形成。
Objective:To study the feature of hair cells and innervation of thechicken cochlea. Methods: Different sites of the basilar papilla in the chicken inner ears were studied by transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results: Synapseswere formed between the hair cells and nerve endings. Tall hair cells (THC) were described as having large afferent and small efferent synapses,while short hair cells(SHC) had small afferent and large efferent nerve endings. Chnclusion: The features of the afferent synapses were presynaptic bodies and membrane thickening.The efferent synapses were characterized by round vesicles and presence of a subsynaptic cisterna.
