摘要
为了研究活性粉末混凝土(RPC)桥梁的设计理论与设计方法,本文对RPC T形桥梁进行了设计和静载试验,并对跨中截面承载力进行了全过程分析.该T形桥梁包括两片T形梁,跨度为20 m,梁高1.35 m.通过对两片RPC T形梁进行静力加载试验,测试了梁体的跨中下翼缘的拉应变随荷载的变化情况,结果表明,梁体的承载能力和抗裂性均满足规范要求.根据全过程分析结果,梁体的承载力安全系数可达2.25,通过分析与试验结果的对比,验证了全过程分析中采用的参数和假设条件的正确性.
One RPC(Reactive Powder Concrete) T-beam bridge is designed and tested in order to study the design theory and design method of RPC bridge.And full-range analysis is conducted for the bearing capacity of the mid-span section.The tested bridge contains two T-beams.The span of the T-beam is 20 m and the height is 1.35 m.The tensile strain of the bottom flange of the mid-span is measured during the static loading experiment on the RPC T-beams.According to the tested results,the bearing capacity and the crack resistance property can satisfy the requirements of the code.The full-range analysis results show that the bearing capacity safety coefficient is up to 2.25.The basic parameter and the assumption are confirmed from the comparison between the results of the full-range analysis and that of the experiment.
