颈部组织细胞性坏死性淋巴结炎

CERVICAL HISTIOCYTIC NECROTIZING LYMPHADENITIS (CHNL)

目的：提高耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医师对颈部组织细胞性坏死性淋巴结炎（CHNL）的认识。方法：结合文献复习，回顾性分析3例与CHNL诊断有关的病例资料。结果：总结了CHNL流行病学和临床及病理学特征，重点探讨了CHNL与恶性淋巴瘤的鉴别诊断及病理学研究进展。结论：CHNL在临床与病理上均易引起误诊，应引起临床医生的注意。

Objective: To improve and deepen the cognition of CHNL among otolaryngologists. Methods: Integrated with literature review, 3 cases pertinent to CHNL diagnosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The epidemiological, cilinical and pathological characteristics of CHNL were summarized. The key points of differential diagnosis of both CHNL and malignant lymphoma were probed into and 3 new advances of pathological research about CHNL were presented. Conclusion:Clinically and pathologically, CHNL is easy to be diagnosed incorrectly and demands doctors' attention.
