通过对沥青混凝土搅拌站称重系统静态非线性误差的分析,采用BP网络实现对称重传感器静态计量误差的补偿,以提高称重系统的计量精度,扩大其量程范围。结果表明:神经网络静态非线性误差补偿模块提高了称重系统的计量精度。

BP network is applied to carry out the compensation of static weighing error of weighing sensor in terms of the analysis on static nonlinear error of weighing system of asphalt concrete mixing plant, so as to improve the measurement precision and expand the measurement range.
