免费师范生主观幸福感和职业价值观的特点及其关系研究

SWB and work value of free normal student and its relationship with achievement motivation

用大学生主观幸福感量表、职业价值观量表对大一的282名免费师范生和大二的142名普通师范生施测。结果发现:1.免费师范生和普通师范生在总的主观幸福感上无显著差异,农村生源显著低于城镇生源,自我满意因子和社会性行为因子低于普通师范生。2.免费师范生对于物质生活的重视程度显著低于普通师范生,但总的职业价值观无显著差异。3.免费师范生主观幸福感和职业价值观存在显著相关,其职业价值观对于主观幸福感的预测力低于普通师范生。

The college student subjective well-being SWB scale and regular normal university student work value scale were tested for 282 free normal students and 142 normal students. There was no significant difference in total SWB. But it differed in urban and rural free normal students and self satisfac- tion and social behavior of SWB. Free normal students had lower emphasis on material life than regular normal students , but they had no significant difference in work value. Work value was negatively correlated with SWB and work value.
