摘要
采用熔融聚合法以聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)引发外消旋丙交酯(D,L-LA)成功制备了嵌段聚合物聚乳酸-聚丁二酸丁二醇酯-聚乳酸(PBSLA),采用核磁共振、DSC和偏光显微镜(POM)对聚合物的结构进行了表征。结果表明:外消旋聚乳酸(PDLA)嵌段部分的引入影响PBS分子链的规整排列,嵌段聚合物不再形成规整球晶,结晶度为41.5%,Tm为98.7℃。
Block biodegradable aliphatic copolyester (PBSLA) was successfully synthesized by using poly(butylene succinate) initiating D,L-LA via melting polymerization. The structure of the PBSLA was characterized by means of H-NMR and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarizing optical micrographs (POM). The results showed that the structured arrangement of PBS molecular chain was affected by the introduction of the block part of poly-dl-lactide(PDLA), and then the block polymer was no more formed the structured spherulite. The crystallinity of PBSLA was 41.5%, and the Tm was 98.7℃.
