变压吸附分离技术中水对活性炭吸附性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过实验考察了水对活性炭TK-T1和TK-T2吸附性能的影响。通过测试活性炭对H2、N2、CO2纯组分的吸附量,考察活性炭吸附性能。活性炭含水量越多,活性炭吸附性能越弱,对CO2的吸附量越小;相同含水量,再生真空度越高,对CO2的吸附量越大,但含水量和再生真空度几乎不影响活性炭的分离性能;采用抽真空再生,可以恢复活性炭的活性。 It shows that water affects adsorption capability of active carbon TK-T1 and TK-T2 through experiment. By testing adsorption capacity of simple component such as H2 .N2 and CO2, we investigate the adsorption capability of active carbon. The more water contents in active carbon , the weaker adsorption capability and the smaller adsorption capacity to CO2 ; Under the same amount of water contents, the higher regeneration of the vacuum limit , the larger adsorption capacity to CO2 ,but water contents and vacuum limit of regenetatiort have hardly impact on separation performance of active carbon ; Adopting regeneration by vacuum , the activity of active carbon can be resumed.
