摘要
高压长输天然气在进入城市燃气管网前需降压,透平膨胀机、涡流管、节流阀是典型的燃气调压装置。以火用概念为基础,以火用平衡为工具,对涡流管、节流阀、透平膨胀机三种燃气调压装置进行了全面的热力学分析。结果表明:透平膨胀机的过程火用损失最小,效率最高,显示出其在调压过程中的热力学完善性。
The high-pressure natural gas transported by long-distant pipeline has to experience pressure reduction before supplying into the city gas pipe network. The turbo expander, vortex tube and throttle valve are the representative equipments for pressure regulation of gas. The comprehensive thermodynamic analysis with regard to above mentioned equipments is underway, demonstrating that turbo expander possesses thermodynamic perfection in the process of pressure regulation with the least course exergy loss and the most exergy efficiency.
