齐拉西酮治疗首发精神分裂症8例临床分析

Clinical analysis of first- episode schizophrenia treated with Ziprasidone

目的：探讨齐拉西酮单用和合用氯氮平治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应。方法：将80例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，分别给予单用齐拉西酮及齐拉西酮合并氯氮平，疗程8周，用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）及副反应量表（TESS）分别评定疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗结束时两组PANSS评分均显著降低，以合用组效果明显（P〈0．05），且不良反应少。结论：齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症有效，合用小剂量氯氮平疗效更好。

Objective：To explore efficacy and side effects of first -episode schizophrenia treated by ziprasidone and combined with clozapine. Methods ：80 cases of first- episode schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into two groups , were treated by ziprasidone and combined with clozapine, the course of treatment was 8 weeks, the efficacy and side effects were assessed with positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） and TESS. Results： PANSS scores of two groups were significantly decrease （P 〈 0.05 ）, treatment efficacy was more better combined with clozapine than ziprasidone. Conclusions： Schizophrenia treated with ziprasidone was effective, and efficacy of schizophrenia treated with ziprasidone was better than combined with clozapine.
