老年痴呆病房护理人员心理状况调查分析与对策探讨

To investigate and analysis mental status of nursing staff in senior dementia ward and probe into countermeasure

目的：研究老年痴呆病房护理人员心理状况及相关因素。方法：采用焦虑自评量表（self—Rating Anxiety Scale，SAS）和抑郁自评量表（self—Rating Depression Scale，SDS）对36名老年痴呆病房护理人员进行了心理测评，并对相关因素进行分析。结果：老年痴呆病房护理人员焦虑、抑郁状态发生率明显高于一般人群，分别为16．67％和25．00％，多数被调查者有不良情绪，61．11％曾对患者发脾气。结论：老年痴呆病房护理人员的焦虑、抑郁症状不容忽视，该心理状态可能影响其工作质量，应采取一定的对策。

Objective：To investigate the mental status and related factors of nursing staff in senior dementia ward. Methods： 36 nursing staff in senior dementia ward were assessed using self - Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self - Rating Depression Scale （SDS） and to investigate related factors. Results： It was obvious higher that occurring rate of anxiety and depression state in nursing staff of senior dementia ward than that of it in common crowd.. It was separately 16.67% and 25.00% . There were unhealthy mood in majority to be investigated. It had once been happen that attack behavior of losing their temple to patients in 61.11% to be in investiga- ted. Conclusions ： The anxiety and depression symptoms should not be ignored in nursing staff in senior dementia ward. This mental status will probably influence their work quality. Certain counter measure should be taken to it.
