摘要 研究CALS商务平台的应用,对我国实施信息化战略具有重要意义。通过经验,确定了影响CALS应用的主要因素,包括用户方信息化水平、制造商信息化水平和制造商应用CALS的预期盈利。在此基础上,采用基于主体建模方法并结合Swarm软件,建立了CALS应用仿真模型。通过仿真试验,逐次研究了用户方信息化水平、制造商预期盈利、制造商信息化水平对CALS应用的具体影响。分析表明,对CALS应用来说,制造商预期盈利是最为基础的影响因素,用户方信息化水平是较为关键的外部条件,制造商信息化水平则是一个相对次要的影响因素,这对今后相关政策的制定具有积极的启发意义。 Research of CALS platform application is of great importance to the implementation of China's informatization strategy. Main factors affecting the application of CALS are ascertained with experiences, including informatization level of users, informatization level of manufacturers and expected profit of manufacturers by applying CALS. Based on that and combining Swarm software, an agent - based modeling method is adopted to build simulation model of CALS application. By simulation experiments, concrete effects of informatization level of users, expected profit of manufacturers and informatization level of manufacturers on CALS application are in turn explored. The analysis shows that to CALS application, expected profit of manufacturers is the most fundamental factor of the three, informatization level of users the second and informatization level of manufacturers the third. All these conclusions are of positive and luminous significance to relative policy making in the future.
