摘要
采用"离子液"新技术处理有色金属冶炼制酸尾气,工程运行结果表明,制酸尾气出口的SO2远远小于《大气污染物综合排放标准》GB16297-1996)中的排放标准,该工程具有工艺流程简洁、设备少、自动化程度高;无新生固体、气体排放,无强噪声,少量废水,不产生二次污染;并且相对能耗较低,占地面积小等优点。
Smelt the coloured metal that been treated by new technology, hydronium liquid,to obtain the acid -making tail gas, it indicated after running the project that the SO2 contained in the acid - making tail gas is far less than the dischargeable standard stipulated, 〈 General Air Contamination Dischargeable Standards 〉 ( GB16297 - 1996) . This project has the following advantages: Process is simple, less equipment involved, high automation, no new solid substance produced, discharge gas, no big noise, less waste water, no pollution will be produced second time, less energy consumed and occupied area is small.
