统筹兼顾要求我们在工作中总揽全局、协调各方、统筹谋划、兼顾全面,充分调动一切积极因素,妥善处理各种利益关系,着力加强经济社会发展的薄弱环节。必须看到建设和发展中国特色社会主义,体现伟大的探索和不断发展着事业的统一。一定时期的矛盾与问题解决了,新的矛盾与问题又会发生。然而不管出现什么情况,发生什么矛盾,都需要我们用统筹兼顾的方法来解决。

All-round consideration requires us to hold the overall situation, coordinate all parties, plan as a whole, consider comprehensively, mobilize all positive factors fully, handle the relations of interests properly and strengthen the weak links of the economic and social development. Be sure to see that the construction and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics embody the reunification of great exploration and developing cause. Contradictions and problems are resolved in a certain period, but new contradictions and problems will happen again. But no matter what happens, what contradictions is, we need to resolve them in an integrated way.
