论我国民营企业融资困境

Private Enterprise's Difficulties in Raising Capital in China

随着民营经济的迅猛发展,民营企业融资难问题也日益突出,表现在外源融资渠道狭窄,内源融资所占比例大,且资金严重短缺。导致民营企业融资困境的原因极其复杂:民营企业自身因素是融资难的根本原因;政策环境、社会环境因素是影响民营企业融资的一个大环境;金融体制改革滞后是民营企业融资难的直接原因。解决民营企业融资困境,必须发挥政府、社会、银行和民营企业各方面的作用,采取综合治理的措施,才有望逐步解决这一难题。

With the rapid development of private economy, private enterprises meet with more difficulties in raising capital. There are fewer channels for external financing and the capital raised by internal financing only makes up a small proportion, for which there are many causes, including social environment, policy orientation, reform of banking system and so on. In the author's view, we must give a full play to governments, society, banks and private enterprises and take comprehensive measures to solve the problems.
