摘要
本实验观察谷氨酸(Glu)对离体培养的兔卵巢颗粒细胞雌二醇生成的影响。结果表明,谷氨酸促进雌二醇的基础分泌,同时增强FSH-LH刺激下雌二醇的分泌,并发现其上述作用机制与cAMP有关。
The effect of glutamate on secretion of estradiol in cultured granulosa cells of ovary was observed.The results demonstrated that glutamate promoted both basal secretion and FSHLHinduced secretion of estradiol.It also showed that glutamate affected concentration of cyclic AMP in cultured granulosa cells.
