脑梗塞患者红细胞变形性与其膜脂质及血脂的研究

Study on Erythrocyte Deformability and Its Membrane Lipid Composition and Serum Lipid in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

采用激光衍射法检测３０例脑梗塞病人和３０例同年龄正常人的红细胞变形指数（ＤＩ），发现在２００ｄｙｎ／ｃｍ２剪切力下，病人组ＤＩ值较正常对照组明显降低；同时还测定了两组红细胞膜脂质成分—膜胆固醇（Ｃｈ）、磷脂（Ｐｌ），二者比值（Ｃｈ／Ｐｌ）及血浆脂质等成分。结果膜Ｃｈ、Ｃｈ／Ｐｌ明显高于后者，血浆ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、ＡｐｏＡ－Ｉ明显降低，ＡｐｏＢ明显升高，而血总胆固醇（ＴＣ）无升高。相关分析发现，ＤＩ值与Ｃｈ／Ｐｌ呈负相关。膜Ｃｈ与ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、ＡｐｏＡ－Ｉ呈负相关，与ＡｐｏＢ呈高度正相关。

With laser diffractometers,the erythrocyte deformability (ED) was tested for 30 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 normal subjects.The data showed that ED index (DI) in patients was significantly lower than that in controls,under the shear stress of 200dyn/cm2.Erythrocyte membrane cholesterol (Ch),phospholipids (Pl) and serum lipid were also determined and analysed in the two groups.The results showed that total cholesterol (TC) was not higher,but ApoB was significantly higher,while ApoAI,HDLC in patients were significantly lower than that in the control group.We also found that ED was negatively associated with membrane Ch/Pl,positively with the ApoAI,however,the amount of membrane Ch was positively with ApoB,but had no association with TC.
