舒血宁注射液对支气管哮喘患者肺功能的影响

The Effect of Shuxuening Injection on Pulmonary Function of Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨舒血宁注射液对支气管哮喘患者肺功能的影响。方法:将120例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机分为常规治疗组和联用舒血宁治疗组,观察两组患者治疗前后肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、PEF的变化,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果:联用舒血宁治疗组临床总有效率为93.3%,明显高于常规治疗组80%(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,联用舒血宁治疗组肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、PEF均明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:在常规疗法的基础上联用舒血宁注射液治疗支气管哮喘急性发作能明显提高临床疗效和改善肺功能。

Objective： To observe the effect of Shuxuening injection on pulmonary tuncuon of pauents with bronchial asthma . Method： 120 cases of acute bronchial asthma were divided randomly into control group and trial group. In the trial group ,Shuxuening injection was added for treatment. The FVC,FEV1 ,PEF and the effects of treatment were observed . Result： The total effective rate of trial group was 93.3% ,which was higher than that of control group 80% （ P 〈0.05 ） ;Compared with after - treatment, the FVC,FEV1 and PEF were increased compared with control group （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： On the basis of routine treatment,combined with Shuxuening injection can improve the effects of treatment and the pulmonary function in acute bronchial asthma .
