摘要
目的:探讨指导和训练哮喘患者应用定量气雾剂(MDI)的方法的有效性。方法:对自2004年1月至2007年11月在本院门诊就诊哮喘患者104例,随机分为3组,A组单纯让患者阅读使用说明;B组单纯解释使用方法;C组医师演示使用方法同时解释,3种方法进行MDI使用的训练,之后要求患者演示吸入方法。结果:C组(医师演示使用方法同时解释)患者,对MDI吸入方法的掌握率明显高于A、B组,P<0.005。结论:指导和训练哮喘患者正确使用MDI,应当采用演示同时解释的方法。
Objective: To explore the validity of instructional methods of the asthma patient using the Meter Dosage Inhaler ( MDI ). Method: We picked 104 asthma patients who came to our outpatient clinic from January,2004 to November, 2007 and divided them into three groups named as A, B and C at randomly. Group A only read the instruction for use by themselves, Group A doctor explained the using method to group B, but explained and demonstrated simultaneously to group C. After that, all of the Subjects were required to use the MDI immediately. Result: Group C did a better job in using the MDI significantly than the other two groups ( P 〈 0.005 ). Conclusion: It is a better way that the doctor explain and demonstrate simul- taneously when teaching the patient how to use MDI.
