摘要
目的:探讨大肠癌并发糖尿病患者围手术期糖尿病的处理。方法:通过对手术治疗的23例大肠癌合并糖尿病患者术前、术中及术后的观察,以研究大肠癌患者中糖尿病的发病情况及其与术后并发症的关系。结果:23例患者无手术死亡,术后发生吻合口瘘1例,所有患者均安全渡过围手术期。结论:围手术期调整血糖对于大肠癌并发糖尿病患者是及其重要的,糖尿病与大肠癌的发生有一定关系。
Objective： To investigate the treatment of perioperative diabetes on diabetic patients with colonrectal carcinoma. Method： 23 diabetic patients with colorectal carcinoma accepted surgical treatment were observed before, during and after the surgery , to study the incidence of the diabetes in the patients with colorectal carcinoma and its postoperative complications in relations. Result： 23 patients died without surgery, one case occurred anastomotic leakage after operation , all patients were safe through the perioperative period. Conclusion： The adjustment with colorectal carcinoma, and there has of perioperative blood glucose is very important for diabetic patients a certain relationship between diabetes and colorectal carcinoma.
