运用前瞻性思维预防人工髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓的护理体会

The Nursing Experience of Using Prospective Method to Prevent Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients with Hip Joint Replacement

目的:探讨人工髋关节置换手术术后深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防。方法:回顾分析2006年1月至2008年5月我科运用前瞻性思维对139例人工髋关节置换手术患者的护理。结果:只有2名患者发生了深静脉血栓。结论:人工髋关节置换手术术后深静脉血栓的预防应是从术前开始的综合预防。

Objective： To investigate the prevention of the deep vein thrombosis （ DVT ） after prosthetic replacement for hip joint. Method： To review 139 patients with hip joint replacement in our department from January 2006 to May 2008, use prospective method to nurse patients. Result： There were only two cases with DVT in all patients. Conclusion： Comprehensive prevention before operation is the key method to prevent the DVT in patients with hip joint replacement.
