摘要
目的:提高"120"调度员职业压力的社会关注度。方法:分析目前"120"调度员压力现状,并提出对策。结果:"120"调度员的职业压力主要与环境、时间、心理、协调、业务、职业满意度、调度员的人格因素有关。结论:应加强"120"调度员心理方面的培训和学习,并在管理上给予支持,以达到保护调度员的心理保健,提高工作效率和质量。
Objective: To enhence degree of social concerns for first -aid dispatchers' professional stress. Method: Analysis of stress status for first - aid dispatchers. Result: First - aid dispatchers ' professional stress is related to environment, time,psychology,coordination, professional satisfaction degree and personality factor . Conclusion: Training and studying in psychological aspect for first -aid dispatchers should be strengthened .
