Reform & Open-door Policy and Comparative Education in the Last 30 Years in China

本文回顾了30年来中国比较教育学发展的背景与基本脉络,概括了中国比较教育学发展取得的成就及其对改革开放做出的卓越贡献,并对中国比较教育学发展的未来走向做了初步的展望。本文认为,改革开放为比较教育学的复兴提供了历史性机遇,比较教育学的发展也为改革开放的不断深化提供了宝贵的智力支持;改革开放以来,比较教育学经历了三个阶段的发展,取得了巨大成就;比较教育学将不断的自我变革与提高的过程中获得更大的发展。

This paper aims to review the background and the process of the development of comparative education in the Last 30 years in China, to summarize this discipline＇s contribution to educational reform, to look into its change in the future. The article concludes that comparative education gained a great opportunity to revive itself from Reform ＆ Open-door Policy, and it is playing an important role in educational reform. In the future, coparative education will be a great support to the reform as before, but it has to produce deeper and newer knowledge than before.
