摘要
阐述了健美操动作中的姿态、速度、力度三要素,为进一步理解和学习健美操提供了理论支持。同时对这三要素的学习使我们达到动作的形式与精神美感的内容和谐统一,从而增强健美操的优美性及表现力,促进健美操运动的发展。
This paper sets forth three elements such as posture; speed and intensity in aerobics movements to further provide a theoretical understanding of aerobics. Studying three elements enables us to achieve a harmonious unity of the action form and the spiritual aesthetic content, thereby it will enhance the beauty and expression of aerobics, and promote the aerobics development.
