Perioperative Nursing for Heart Double-valve Replacement

目的探讨心脏双瓣膜置换术(DVR)围手术期临床护理的有效途径。方法对52例患者行DVR围手术期的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部患者术后痊愈出院,无护理并发症产生。结论深入了解病情特点,做好心理护理,完善术前准备,重视维持术后血液动力学的稳定,加强抗凝治疗的监护是保证满意治疗效果的重要措施。

Objective To discuss the perioperative clinical nursing for the patients with heart double-valve replacement. Medthods To perform the retrospective analysis on the clinic materials from 52 patients with heart double-valve eplacement. Results All patients fully recovered from an illness after the operation. Conclusion Thorough knowing patients′ condition,doing a good mental cares,perfect preoperation preparation,as well as strength monitoring the anticoagulation treatment are the important measures for ensuring the therapeutic effect.
