对建立我国风险勘查机制的思考

The Establishment of China's Mechanism for Venture Exploration

随着一些国有老矿山资源的枯竭,国家投资逐步退出矿业领域,民营经济的发展为我国矿业经济注入了新的活力。尽管如此,我国风险勘查机制还没有建立起来,这将有碍我国矿业的发展。因此,应大力推进资本市场建设,使企业成为风险勘查投资主体,建立我国风险勘查的长效机制。这是繁荣我国矿业,实现矿产资源持续供给的根本出路。

With some of the old state-owned mining resources depleted,national investment gradually withdraw from mining field;while the development of the private economy has injected new vitality for China's mining economy.Nevertheless,the mechanism for risk exploration has not yet been established,which will hinder the development of China's mining industry.Therefore,the paper proposes some methods for flourishing China's mining industry,and realizing the continued supply of mineral resources,specific methods include:vigorously promoting the construction of the capital market so that the enterprises have become the investment mainstay for risk exploration;as well as establishing a long-term mechanism for the risk exploration in our country.
