摘要
文章回顾了改革开发三十年来地勘单位的改革发展探索与推进历程;提出建立集团公司体制是地勘单位实现可持续发展较为可行的经营模式;稳步推进地勘单位转企,最终建立现代企业制度是地勘单位改革的方式和目标;以地质勘查开发业为核心,实行多元产业经营是地勘单位产业调整的方向;以河南省有色金属地质矿产局的改革实践为例证,论证了建立集团公司体制是地勘经济可持续发展的方向和有效途径。
The paper offers that establishing the system of group corperation is a more workable business model for achieving sustainable development.It also points out that steadily transforming geological prospecting units into enterprise,and ultimately establishing modern enterprise system is the method and objective;taking geological exporation industry as a core and carrying out diversified industrial business is the direction of industrial restructuring.Tha paper takes the reform practice in Henan Provincial Non-ferrous Metals Geological and Mineral Resource Bureau as an example,and demonstrates that the establishment of the geological survey group system is the direction and an effective way for the sustainable development of geological prospecting economy.
