Experimental study on new shortened processing technique of bimetal clad pipes

摘要 介绍了一种短流程制备双金属冶金结合复合管的新工艺,即用离心浇铸管坯直接热挤压制备荒管。对荒管的组织和性能的研究结果表明,采用该新工艺,可获得具有优良综合性能的双金属复合管,而且新工艺比传统工艺流程短,生产成本低,成材率高。 A new shortened processing technique for bimetal clad pipes with metallurgical bonding is introduced in the present work, in which centrifugal casting hollow blank is directly used for a hot extrusion. Through experimental study on microstruc-ture and properties of hot extruded pipes, the results indicate that the new technique can make bimetal clad pipes have good over- all properties, meanwhile the process is shortened and the cost is reduced and the yield ratio is increased.
