摘要 研究了以MCM-41固载超强酸SO42-/ZrO2(Ⅱ)催化合成二芳基乙烷(即1-苯基-1-二甲苯基乙烷),考察了影响反应的因素.结果表明,该催化剂具有催化性能高、性能稳定、且连续催化活性基本保持不变的优点.最佳实验条件为:苯乙烯与二甲苯之比为1∶7.5,催化剂用量为3%(总投料质量分数),反应时间为3 h,反应温度为回流温度,产率可达97%. The synthesis of diphenylethylane with xylol and styrene as reactants and MCM-41 supported SO4^2-/ZrO2 (SZ) solid superacid as catalyst has been studied. The factors that had influence on the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the optimal conditions were using 3 % of catalyst with the molar ratio of xylol to styrene being 7.5 : 1 and the reaction temperature being 140℃ and reaction time being 3 h; The yield of diphenylethylane under such conditions was about 97.05 %. The catalyst showed many advantages such as high catalytic activity and stability, abatement of pollution and corrosiveness.
