摘要
目的:优选化湿颗粒提取工艺.方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法,以黄芩苷含量为考察指标,对化湿颗粒提取工艺进行优选.结果:确定最佳工艺为加水10倍量,提取3次,每次1.5 h.结论:该优化工艺操作简单,结果稳定,适用于工业生产.
To optimize the extraction technology of Huashi Granules.Methods:L_9(3~4) orthogonal test method was adopted,the content of Baical in was taken as the index to optimize the extraction technology.Results:The optimal process was performed by 1.5 h extraction for three times,with 10-fold volume of water.Conclusion:This technology is simple,stable and suitable for industrialized production.
