The article deeply analysed the problems that presently exist in constructivism theory,according to theory of Synergetics,built the self-organization transform theory in scientific education.Which based on the research of theory and subject teaching practice,puts forward the theorical view that the teaching course are regarded as transform course from organied to self-organization.In a way,it provides the new visual angle and the useful enlightenment for the scientific education.
