Preparation and Application of Fibroin Peptide and the Prospect of Its Development

丝素肽是丝素蛋白的水解产物,分子量较低,它既有丝蛋白原有的优良特性,又有许多新的用途,具有很好的开发前景。目前已经研究出许多令人瞩目的成就。本文综述了丝素肽的制备方法并且结合国内几十年关于丝素肽性能的材料,总结出其应用领域以及开发前景。

Fibroin peptide is a fibroin protein hydrolysate with low molecular weight. While it maintains the fine characteristics of silk protein, it has found many new applications as well. Therefore, fibroin peptide has a good prospect for development. At present, many spectacular achievements have been obtained in its research. This paper reviews the methods of fibroin peptide preparation, integrates the literature about the properties of fibroin peptide in recent decades in China and sums up the fields of its application and the prospect for further development.
