A Survey and Analysis f the Use of Electronic Resources and Related Service

从读者对电子资源的认识了解程度有限、图书馆电子资源的利用率偏低的现象入手分析,总结出了解读者的需求,培训要有针对性和特色性,做好馆藏电子资源的宣传和发布工作,提供多种多样方便灵活的服务方式是数字化图书馆发展的基础。

The author makes a questionnaire to survey the use of electronic resources of the college library and readers′attitude toward the related service, and then makes an analysis from readers′knowledge and use of electronic resources in the library as well as the training of readers. Some problems have been found, such as readers know little and make less use of electronic resources. This paper puts forward some advice about how to improve the use of electronic resources and how to bring them into full play.
