长城信息服务管理现状分析与存在问题研究

摘要 文章通过对长城信息公司服务管理现状的内部和外部环境分析,运用KPI等分析工具发现存在问题,并得出长城信息公司在服务管理模式上必须采取新的改进模式。 The Great Wall' s information management services to the status of internal and external environment, such as the use of KPI analysis tool found problems, and come to the Great Wall of information management services companies to take on a new improved model.
