With the rapid development of infronnation technology, online teaching resources of many college campus have been increasingly rich, but the teaching resources utilization rate is not high. This paper discusses how to solve teaching resource sharing issues within the campus network, and aims to design a optimized teaching resources sharing program, achieve a teaching resources sharing information platform which based on the WEB services.
