摘要
提出了基于PC平台的虚拟装配仿真体系结构,探讨了虚拟装配原型系统,探讨了在虚拟装配中VRML场景的控制技术,装配过程中的碰撞检测算法,装配体零件的位姿调整和实时编辑,以及虚拟配环境的立体显示.最后,给出了运行实例,验证了所构建虚拟装配原型系统的可行性.
In this paper, the architecture of PC-based virtual assembly system is put forward. The prototype for the virtual assembly system is built. Key technologies such as the VRML scence control, the collision detection algorithm in assembling, pose abjustment of parts, real-time editing of parts and stereoscopic displays in virtual assembly environment are discussed in detail. An application example is introduced to testify the feasibility of the virtual assembly system prototype.
