摘要
为保证福州温泉产业健康有序发展,为加强福州中心城区的服务功能、做大做强省会城市,为提升福州城市知名度,福州需要制定温泉专项规划.福州温泉开发的核心在城市中心部.温泉专项规划应列入福州城市总体规划,并从基本原则、发展目标、发展战略、总体布局与土地利用规划等方面突出"都市温泉"特色.
It is necessary to carry out hot spring specialized plan in Fuzhou city for the purpose of keeping hot spring industry develop went orderly and healthily, to strengthen service function of downtown in Fuzhou, and make Fuzhou bigger and stronger among province city, and also to promote its reputation.The central area for hot spring development in Fuzhou is in the downtown area of the city. The hot spring development program should be listed in the overall municipal planning of Fuzhou. Meanwhile, prominence should be given to the features of ＂urban hot spring attractions＂ in drawing out the basic principles,objectives and strategies of development, overall layout, and land resources exploitation.
