摘要
药物成瘾有着极其复杂的神经机制,成瘾过程不同阶段的皮层脑电图可呈现某些特征性变化,用功率谱法和非线性动力学法分析成瘾过程中脑电图各频段的变化,发现成瘾后θ等低频段活动增加,γ频段活动呈相对减少的趋势,这表明成瘾过程中枢神经系统在功能上发生了适应性的改变.随着皮层脑电图的记录技术与分析手段的发展,植入式无线遥测记录技术提高了皮层脑电图的记录质量,非线性动力学法则更好地分析了皮层脑电图的动态变化过程,皮层脑电图研究在药物成瘾领域再次受到重视.
The neural mechanism of drug addiction is complex. The changes of EEG in drug addiction can imply particular information. It is found that the low oscillations activity increases, such as θ, while γ oscillations activity decreases by power spectrum and nonlinear dynamics analysis. It suggests that there are some adaptive changes in the central neural system. With the development of recording technology and analysis method, the recording quality of EEG has been improved by implantable radiotelemetry recording technology, meanwhile, the dynamic course of EEG has been better analysised by nonlinear dynamics analysis. In this way, more attention has been given to EEG in cognitive neuroscience area.
