工程项目施工阶段的质量控制,是一个经由对投入的资源和条件进行质量控制(事前控制),进而对生产过程及各种环节质量进行控制(事中控制),直到对所完成的工程产出品进行质量检验与控制(事后控制)的全过程的系统控制。其本身特点决定了质量控制的难度大。因此,施工企业必须运用现代管理的思想和方法,按照国际质量管理标准,建立自己的质量体系并保持有效运行,覆盖所有工程项目和每个项目施工的全过程,才能保证企业质量水平不断提高。

Quality control in construction stage is a systematic overall -process control, which shall start from resources and operational condition control （prior control） to operation quality control in every production process （intermediate control） and finally to products quality checkup and control （ afterwards control）. The charactristics of entire control system make the quality control be a complex and comprehensive works. Thereof, construction companies must set up their own quality systems by using modem management concepts and methods and according to international quality control standards, at the same time, must maintain an effective system and quality control throughout the whole processes. Only in this way, enterprise＇ s engineering quality can be improved continously.
