摘要
上世纪八十年代以来,我国进入了一个经济飞速发展的时期,作为基本生产资料的土地也发生了很大的变化,以往的土地利用基础图件已不能满足要求,建立一个新的土地利用变化数据库的要求越来越迫切.本文从遥感手段出发,以内蒙古自治区固阳县为研究区域,利用LandSAT ETM+数据和SPOT全色波段数据,进行土地利用变化监测,查明土地利用变化情况并对导致其变化的驱动力进行了定性和定量分析,确定了政府宏观调控、经济发展水平、城市化发展以及人口减少为其主要驱动因子,并对当地未来土地利用规划提出了合理的建议.
Since 1980s in the last century, China' s economy has entered a rapid development period. Land, as the basic means of production, also has undergone great changes, the quondam land-use map can' t meet the requirements, the requirement of the new land-use database is more and more pressing. This paper based on remote sensing, taking Guyang County in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as study region using Landsat ETM^+ and CBS data, and monitored the land use change, identified the driving factors that had led to the changes both in qualitative and quantitative analysis. It got the result that the government macro-control, the level of economic development, the urban developmert and the population decline were the major driving factors, and at the same time, the paper also gave some reasonable proposals to the local land-use planning in the future.
