摘要
农业信息化建设是新农村建设的重要组成部分,完善的知识服务体系对农业信息化建设发挥着重要的作用,要探索建立"政府部门主导,社会力量参与,完善运行机制,实现多方共赢,服务亿万农民"的农村信息化建设的长效服务机制。建立以"农业信息化建设"为中心的社会知识服务体系,构建知识服务信息资源共享体系,并实现服务技能专业化、服务功能全程化、服务机制多元化。
