摘要
我国关于食品溯源体系的研究始于2002年,在研究和实施过程中,逐步制定了一些相关的标准和指南,并建立了一批可追溯食品和可追溯企业,形成了一系列的追溯子系统。文章介绍了我国食品质量安全追溯体系建设的重要性,目前建设的基本情况,深入分析存在的问题并提出解决方案。
The study on food safety traceability system in our country started from 2002 and gradually made some related standards and guides, created many traceable foods and traceable enterprises and developed a series of traceability subsystems during the study and implementation. This paper introduces the importance of food safety traceability system construction and the present construction situation in our country, deeply analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some advices.
