乳腺浸润性小叶癌的声像图特征与病理及Id1mRNA、Id2mRNA表达的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的立足超声检查,分析乳腺浸润性小叶癌(ILC)的病理表现,进一步认识其超声特征;探讨ILC的超声表现与Id1mRNA及Id2mRNA表达之间的关系。方法应用实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测42例ILC样本中Id1mRNA及Id2mRNA的表达,并与ILC的超声表现进行对照分析。结果Id1mRNA在乳腺正常组织中表达低于癌组织(P<0.05),ILC WHOⅢ级表达高于WHOⅠ级(P<0.01)。Id2mRNA在正常组织中表达高于癌组织(P<0.05),WHOⅢ级表达低于WHOⅠ级(P<0.05);具有毛刺征及周边高回声晕特征的组别,Id1mRNA均呈高表达(P均<0.01),Id2mRNA的表达与ILC超声征象之间均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论ILC声像图表现与其病理改变密切相关;ILC的超声征象可在一定程度上反应Id1mRNA的表达水平。 Objective To analyze the pathologic appearances and ultrasonic features of breast infiltrating lobular carcinoma (ILC), and to investigate the relationship between the ultrasonic appearance and the expression of Id1mRNA and Id2mRNA. Methods The expression of Id1mRNA and Id2mRNA in 42 cases of ILC were measured by real - time fluorescent quantitative RT - PCR (FQ - RT- PCR), and the results were compared with the ultrasonic appearances of ILC. Results The expression of Id1mRNA was lower in normal tissues than that in carcinoma tissue (P 〈 0.005), and was higher in WHO Ⅲ grade than that in WHO Ⅰ grade( P 〈 0.01 ), The expression of Id2mRNA was higher in normal tissues than that in carcinoma tissue ( P 〈 0.05), and was lower in WHO m grade than that in WHO Ⅰ grade( P 〈 0.05). Id1mRNA had high expression in cases with spiculate margin and high echo halo( P 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant difference between the expression of Id2mRNA and ultrasonic appearance( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion There is close correlation between sonogram appearance and pathologic changes in ILC. The ultrasonic appearance of ILC can reflect the expression of Id1mRNA in certain degree.
