摘要
本研究采用定量、定性方法,比较了网络环境下学生互改的英语写作学习模式与传统的教师批改模式对提高学生英语写作水平的作用。两个非英语专业自然班分别作为实验班和对照班参加了为期一学年的实验。研究结果表明两种模式都能促进英语写作水平的发展,但相比之下,前者的作用要显著好于后者,特别是在提高学生作文内容和语言表达方面。互改写作模式在间接促进英语水平方面显著优于传统写作模式。问卷调查显示约有75%的学生认为学生互改的英语写作学习模式对提高写作有极大作用或有积极作用。
This study, using both qualitative and quantitative measures, investigates how a web-based peer revision approach in English writing is effective in developing students'writing skill. Two non-English-major classes were assigned into an experimental class with a web-based peer revision approach, and a control class with a traditional teacher revision approach in the study. After an academic year of treatment, both classes have improved in the writing, but the experimental class improved more, particularly in the aspects of contents and expressions in writing. The experimental class also achieved better in the integrated tests of the two terms than the control class. In the questionnaire, about 75 percent of participants expressed their favors in peer revision approach in English writing.
