新型溶胶-凝胶生物活性玻璃联合钛膜修复即刻种植体周骨缺损 被引量:6

Experimental Study of New Sol-gel Bioactive Glass in Combination with Ti-membrane in Repairing Bone Defects of Immediate Implantation

摘要 【目的】探讨新型溶胶-凝胶生物活性玻璃(BG)联合钛膜应用于即刻种植体周围骨缺损修复的成骨效果。【方法】实验共采用8只健康杂种犬,每只犬均在拔除双侧下前磨牙后即刻于每侧拔牙创区制造即刻种植体周围骨缺损区,每侧即刻植入3颗即刻种植体后编号并随机分为3组分别为植入BG组,植入BG并以钛膜覆盖组及空白对照组。术后2,4,8,12周处死动物行Masson染色组织学观察。观察种植体周围骨缺损区的修复情况。【结果】所有植入种植体区牙龈均愈合良好,未见种植体周围炎发生。BG+钛膜组形成新骨的时间最早,骨结合最理想,且新骨形成质量较另外两组明显较好。【结论】新型溶胶-凝胶生物活性玻璃具有良好的骨引导作用,溶胶-凝胶生物活性玻璃联合钛膜能较好的解决即刻种植体周围骨缺损修复的问题。 [Objective] To study the osteogenesis character of a new sol-gel bioactive glass (BG) in combination with Timembrane in repairing bone defects of immediate implantation. [ Methods ] Eight crossbred dogs were extracted the lower premolars to simulate the immediate implantation model. Three methods (BG,BG+ Ti-membrane,nothing) were used to repair the defects. The implants were divided into three groups. BG was filled in between the bone and implant in one group and covered by Timembrane in another group, and no particle was filled in the last one. Dogs were killed at 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after the operation and were sacrificed respectively. The repair of bone defects of immediate implantation was observed by histological examination. [Results] All bone defects recovered normally with no peri-implatitis. More new trabecular bone in BG + Ti- membrane group formed than others, and formed earlier. [Conclusion] New solgel BG has perfect bone grafting faculty. Solgel BG + Ti-membrane is able to repair the bone defects of immediate implantation.
